Welcome to The Refinery's Directory! The Refinery is a full service salon and spa, offering hair services, skin care services, and massage therapy. As you may have discovered, all of our stylists and providers are independent and handle their own bookings. In order to streamline communication, we have created profiles for each with their contact information clearly stated and their preferred booking method. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide your stylist and/or provider with a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If less than 24-hour notice is provided or you are do not show for your appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of your scheduled service(s). To cancel or reschedule, please contact your stylist or provider directly.

DEPOSIT POLICY: A $75 deposit will be required for all service(s) booked with a value over $200. Card information be required at the time of booking.
